Joining Historia Normannis
Historia Normannis always welcomes new members- and we try and make joining the society, training and 'kitting up' for your first events as easy, cheap, and fun as possible. At present we have cell-groups across England, Scotland and Wales.
Why Join?
Every person has their own reasons for joining or enjoying Normannis. For some it's the combat- a system we've worked closely on for over six years to make it dynamic, fun to work with, and yet still safe. For others it's the chance to immerse themselves in the history of the period- our group reproduces history to the closest details, researched by degree-level medieval historians. For others it is the social aspects of the society- with over 120 members nationwide, with a close sense of camaraderie and a thriving online community, Normannis represents a UK-wide social network.
Feel free to e-mail us, quoting 'Membership' in the title of the e-mail, listing your nearest large town, we'll e-mail you back with contact details for your nearest group, and answer any questions you may have! |
