Historia Normannis offers an event organiser an exciting and engaging display- portraying an authentic 12th century military camp, including camp followers, nobles and even accompanying clerics. Our members pride themselves on their passion for history, and we are proud to boast many medieval historians and archeologists amongst our membership. Normannis relies on a mix of combat displays, engaging living-history exhibits, as well as historical set-pieces such as knighting ceremonies, shire court hearings and even medieval marriages, to create a dynamic and interactive display for all age groups.

Members of the public are invited to experience history first-hand, handling reproduction artefacts and exploring the living conditons of a 12th century army on the march. Whether providing a small tourney, or a large set-piece battle including our own siege-engine, Historia Normannis brings history to life!
